Marine Corps Toys for Tots
Led the county 4 years in a row in our annual Toys for Tots drive bringing in more than 1/4th of the toys in the whole county! We are honored to be granted the Commander’s Award from the Marine Corp!
Soldier’s Christmas Cards
Some soldiers don’t get to go home for Christmas, some don’t have family, or a home. For Christmas we like to provide Christmas cards that the locals can volunteer to fill out for free and we mail them to our soldiers for you!
Greeley Tribune: Avoiding Sepsis
We were invited to come onto the radio, t.v. news, and be published in the newspaper to share professional knowledge on how to avoid getting Sepsis after a local resident died 10 days after receiving a tattoo at a house. (Had so much tattooed skin, he didn’t see the streaking lines on his body.) Sepsis is the body’s extreme response to an infection. It is a life-threatening medical emergency. Sepsis happens when an infection you already have triggers a chain reaction throughout your body. Infections that lead to sepsis most often start in the lung, urinary tract, skin, or gastrointestinal tract. Without timely treatment, sepsis can rapidly lead to tissue damage, organ failure, and death. The most common cause of an initial infection is not keeping the tattoo clean and/or moisturizing too heavily.
Compassion Hitting the Headlines
Dad, Steve Morphew, was asked if he minded that a reporter stood in on his session! It was a heartening moment, client was getting a tattoo to commemorate a friend who recently died, and her brother who died by suicide just a few years prior. Steve felt their pain, translated her vision, and healed some of her heart, made sure they smiled and laughed the whole time!
Client Supportive Fundraiser
Client was due to get her tattoo that day when we were notified that she passed away unexpectedly. We held a fundraiser at the shop to help her family with funeral arrangements, medical stuff, kids’ accommodations, etc.
8th Grade District Career Fair
Ok, so we don’t expect this will happen again, but how amazing it was!!!! We were invited to participate in the district career fair, after being invited to host a career day at a local middle school for a group of students aspiring to be professional tattoo artists! Had a lot of fun talking to them about great college courses that would give them a competitive advantage over other artists, what process you go through from apprentice to professional, things to protect themselves from, and gave away coloring books and crayons after they completed a mini-art session with us! Went so well, we had to go get more coloring books and crayons, too cool! (No profanity and no inappropriate exposure.)
Greenbrier Elementary, Simpsonville-Boosterthon Fun Run
Donated to Greenbrier Elementary’s Boosterthon Fun Run in hopes of helping them rebuild their playgrounds!
Girl Scout Cookies!
WE LOVE COOKIES! So do our customers, especially when they are coming in for a session! We have hosted Girl Scout cookie sales at our location!

Have had coupons published in campus coupon books and have participated in college career fairs and business resource fairs where we educated, inform, and give freebies! (No tattooing at these events.)

Have donated to great biker groups! Donated gift certificates to be auctioned at events and participated in poker runs! Fun stuff!

Honoring Our Veterans
Have donated to the Official Wounded Warriors Foundation, local Veterans Chapter, and helped fund Honor flight to fly Veterans to see their commemorative world wars statues in Washington!
